What is the difference between Vex and First Robotics?
Vex is for students from Middle School to College age. Vex is mainly about the robots and has a single competition every year. FRC is mainly about STEM and has 3 different competitions every year for primary, middle school, and High School.

FIRST stands for For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. It is a different league than the one that runs VEX Robotics (also known as VRC), with a different schedule. FIRST has 4 different programs for different ages of students.
