Why is my Deebot going in circles?
The Anti-Drop Sensors on the bottom of DEEBOT may be covered with dust. Wipe the Anti-Drop Sensors with provided Cleaning Tool to maintain their effectiveness. The Driving Wheels may be tangled with hair or debris. Use the provided Cleaning Tool to cut off and remove any hair/debris tangled around the Driving Wheels.
How do you maintain Neato?
Keep the vacuum and the base station away from direct sunlight and heat. Remove the battery if you’re not using the Neato for a while. Recharge the Neato as soon as possible after the battery runs out. Keep your Neato’s brush clean.
Why does my Neato keeps saying clean my brush?
The clean brush error occurs when the Neato detects that the brush is not rotating fast enough. It assumes there is something wrapped around the brush that is slowing it down. Now would be the time to contact Neato since you have cleaned the brush and the end caps including the two brass bushings.
Why is my Neato not working?
Ensure your Wi-Fi router firewall and port settings allow your Neato robot to connect to the Neato servers. Reset your Neato robot vacuum. If it doesn’t stop the issue, delete your Neato vacuum from the Neato app. Reconnect the vacuum again until it says ‘Ready To Clean.
