Who made VEX Robotics?
As with many startup companies, the story of VEX Robotics is that of its visionary founders. Tony Norman, an Electrical Engineer, and Bob Mimlitch, a Mechanical Engineer, met early in their careers.
What is the purpose of VEX Robotics?
VEX GO utilizes the VEX IQ plastic construction system and adapts it for elementary students. VEX IQ is a snap-together robotics system designed from the ground up to provide novice users the chance to find success quickly, while still being able to constantly challenge more advanced users.

Is RobotC C or C++?
No, RobotC is not standard ANSI C. It is a hybrid between C and C++ with a lot of standard features missing. To name a few, it doesn’t allow a function to be re-enter, so no recursion and it doesn’t support pointers either.
